How do you get information about our offers? -Just select the section “catalogue” in our web-site.

How do you get information about our prices? -Please fill out  the application form.

How can you place an order? -In the field “customer” , choose one item from our catalogue  and add it to the “shopping basket”. You can change it, check it and at the end you can confirm the order.

Mininimum order quantity? -One piece.

How do we pack our  goods? -Each item is covered by a protective plastic film and bubble wraps.

ABROAD

Delivery time?? -It doesn’t matter if you order one piece or five hundred. In average we prepare all orders within one week.

GERMANY

Minimum order?-There is no minimum order quantity.

Delivery time? -Between 24 and 48 hours regardless of the ordered quantities.

Is it posible to get the goods the day after ordering them? -Yes aslong as the order has been placed bevor 15:00 hours.
